Upcoming Planning Applications

Hackney's Planning Committee will be hearing two Hackney Central applications at the committee on the 22nd of March at 6:30pm. Both have a recommendation to approve.

The applications are:

Application number 2010/3068

44 Eleanor Road

Erection of a single storey rear extension for a dining room

Application number 2010/3085

71 Greenwood Road

Change of use from 3 flats (2x1 bedroom and 1x4 bedroom) to a single dwelling house and minor external alterations to the windows
